Bristol Property Awards 2023 🧱

Yesterday some of our team and guests enjoyed the hospitality at @ashtongatestadium for the @bristolpropertyawards sponsored by @hampshiretrustbank all celebrating the best of the industry across the city.

Our Group Managing Director Matt Slade handed the ‘Commercial Agent’ award to the team from @lambertsmithhampton in our sponsored category. Congratulations too to @burstoncook credible finalists.

Today we launch the Bank Apartments at the former Bank of England on Broad Street, Bristol 🚀

Seven of the most opulent and desirable properties in the heart of Bristol Old City are ready to host travellers, revellers and adventurers at what has already been dubbed ‘Bristol’s best apartments’.

Originally opening in 1847 after three years of construction, the impressive Bank of England building has been derelict for many years, but the after starting works on the building late last year, we have renovated it back to its former glory, providing beautiful, convenient and opulent accommodation for visitors to the city, right in the heart of Bristol. The team undertook a painstaking restoration project, with a commitment to preserving the historical features of the grand building, creating seven self-contained apartments which can sleep groups of two up to eight guests. Our aim was to create a luxurious space for visitors to Bristol, whilst future proofing the iconic building and creating beautiful and impressive places to stay in the city.

The works to the building were carried out entirely by our incredible team, from the structural works right through to the unique and individually designed interiors.

Each room has been named in line with the building’s banking history, with spaces such as The Royal Mint, the vast balconied Sovereign Suite and the hidden cityscape penthouse, the Teller’s Secret Lofthouse. The interiors of each apartment are all very different, drawing inspiration from different design eras, and fusing a combination of products sourced from design guilds, vintage restoration finds and high-end retailers.
